Returns due to manufacturing defects.

The customer may return to Awwa Art, without cost, any product that presents a manufacturing defect.

To make the return, the Customer must contact Awwa Art at info@awwa.es, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found. Once we have received the information with the defects, Awwa Art will indicate to the Client the form of collection or shipment of the defective product, at no cost to the Customer. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels and packaging. If this is not done by the Customer, Awwa Art reserves the right to refuse the return. Once received the product and verified the existence of tare or defect of factory in some of the products of the order, Awwa Art will send another product of identical characteristics, also without cost for the client.

In Case that, due to lack of stock, another product of identical characteristics can not be dispatched, refunds will be made for the purchase of the returned product as soon as possible and, in any case, within The next fourteen (15) days.
